My affiliate manager is one of the best in the industry and always keeps me in the loop. They are of great help and seem to always be around when you need them. They always pay on time and have a bunch of offers to accommodate any affiliate marketer. These guys should be on any serious marketer's list. Hydra Network is ran by professionals. It has a fast little interface, tons of offers, pays on time and can pay by direct deposit. I wish that I could automate the downloading of my report data and that the SUBID tracking could handle all characters (It doesn't like some characters like "Spaces"). Their interface is extremely fast, has no delay. Although I wish that I could filter offers and not see ones of certain types (ie, I don't do offers that can only be promoted via email), it is still in the top 2% of networks.
