I've been using them for about 18 months and couldn't be more pleased - payments are on time, tracking is excellent (click counts update surprisingly quickly), and their offers consistently convert for me. I have over 100 domains, most of which are in the health/supplement niche, and I also run extensive Google Adword campaigns. For my PPC campaigns I usually take advantage of the free trial CPA offers that MarketHealth offers. On my niche websites I lean toward their commission offers (which are usually around 50%). I should also mention that they have a lot of RSS feeds/Articles/info around each offer that affiliates are encouraged to use on their websites. This helped out for my search engine rankings and Google Adsense earnings (as a bonus). Support is very friendly too - quick responses/clear/helpful - they have gone out of their way to help me, and even optimize some campaigns that were slower to start. Highly recommended! Michael S.
